Part Two

I will identify three people this year with whom I will share my story of how the Lord came into my life. I will get help and training if I find I am struggling to do this.

Overview:
This portion is designed to help you effectively witness and share Christ with people in your life. Often times this is one of the most intimidating aspects of following Jesus. We have this amazing message that we want to share with others and yet we fear that we will mess it up or alienate ourselves.

The Good News! - Jesus has paid the price for our sin so that we might be saved and live out our days for His sake and purposes. It was His work in your life that even makes it possible to receive him and it is His work in the lives that you touch through sharing the Good News.

The reality is that you need not be a Biblical Scholar or mighty Theologian to share Christ with those in your sphere of influence. It requires only:
- A desire to Share Christ
- A willing heart
- A commitment to prayer for those you seek to share with

2 Timothy 1:7 tells us that God has given us everything we need to carry out this task which He commanded us to fulfill in Matthew 28:18-20.

Matthew 28:18-20
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

2Timothy 1:7
7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.
