Grace
Fellowship Groups
Fellowship Groups are discussion-based Bible studies
that are committed to building relationships and spiritual growth. Some
might liken them to "old fashioned" Sunday school. If you
are looking for a way to get more connected at East Side and don't have
time to meet through the week, this is a great opportunity to get to
know people and grow in your faith.

Zechariah was both a Hebrew prophet and a priest who
was born in Babylon during the first exile of the Jews after 586 BC.
The Book of Zechariah gives us one of the most compact apocalyptic revelations
in the Bible regarding the end-times. It has at least four themes: (1)
Building of the second Jewish temple and forecasts of a future greater
temple; (2) The future restoration of Israel; (3) A vision of the coming
Messiah, and (4) Messiahs establishment of the future millennial
kingdom. The prophet Zechariah conveyed the message that Jerusalem is
the Apple of Gods Eye, but the Holy City will become
a Cup of Trembling and a Burdensome Stone for all the nations
of the world. The book explains how all this will eventually be resolved
which are pertinent to the end-time scenario.
