I'm a 1994 graduate of Gahanna Lincoln HS (though my childhood was spent in Honolulu, Hawaii) and a 1998 graduate of Grace College. I graduated with a BS is Business Administration and got my MRS. Degree in Marriage shortly thereafter as well. My husband's name is Joey and he is my sanity when I get lost in the details of life. What a blessing he is to me. God knew just what he was doing when Joey and I crossed paths in our college mailroom. Of course doesn't God always know what's best for us? I have 2 little girls (Kelsey and Allyson) that are 19 months apart and they sure keep us hopping!

I started event planning at an early age. Probably when I was about 10 yrs old. I remember asking my mom if I could be the one who planned my sibling's birthday parties. Then I was off to a running start. In college I was always the one who planned our spring break trips and I even put together multiple spring break package options that my roommates could choose from. My wedding was easy to plan of course and then right out of college I took a job for a wealthy family on the West side of Columbus and planned all of the events that were held at their private party facility.

Eventually I moved on to a corporate event planning/marketing job and once I became pregnant, I knew I didn't want to work full time anymore. Thus the blessing of my current job today here at the church. I love what I do and the people that I work with. I truly believe that I have found the job of a lifetime in a place where people care about me and they don't really care if I'm late!

In my free time….yeah right.
